Jinhong Zhang, MBA, CPA, CGMA, has over 20 years of experience in business and financial planning and management, serving leadership roles as president, CFO, Finance Director, and consultant, in large to entrepreneurial organizations.
Jinhong started his career with a Fortune Global 500 company, where he managed projects financed by World Bank and Asia Development Bank and was in charge of auditing and tax engagement with PWC and KPMG at the client side.
Jinhong served as the Finance Director of a Community Development Financial Institution where he developed a National “Best Practice” award-winning operation system, and played an instrumental role in developing the organization from $100,000 operation to $15,000,000 operation through developing innovative programs, partnerships, and resources.
Since 2006, Jinhong has been serving entrepreneurs and their businesses in their strategic and financial planning, resource development, innovative business model development, system designs, and auditing and tax preparation in the capacity of a CFO, auditor, and consultant.
Jinhong trained over 300 professionals partnering with the Center for Nonprofit Management, American Jewish University, and Maharishi University of Management, and University of Southern California. Joseph holds relevant certifications such as CPA and consistently undergoes continuing education to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
Outside the realm of finance, Joseph has a big interest on surfing, is an avid sports enthusiast, both as a player and spectator, and a passionate traveler.

Meet Glenda Tabin, one of our skilled Accountants holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Glenda is not only an accomplished scholar but also served as an auditor for a scholarship organization during her academic journey.
With nearly 8 years of experience in CPA firms across California and Texas, Glenda brings a wealth of expertise to our team. Her journey into the accounting world started with a fascination for bookkeeping in high school, evolving into a profound appreciation for the impact of accounting on our daily lives. Glenda’s career highlights include passing the CPA exam while working in her previous firm, earning promotions, and managing a team of several staff members. Certified as a CPA and a Certified Quickbooks Proadvisor, Glenda’s commitment to continuous learning is evident through her attendance at US tax and audit trainings, as well as annual Quickbooks Online (QBO) sessions.
Outside the world of numbers, Glenda’s passions include reading and traveling. An interesting fact about her is her love for the smell of books, and she proudly claims she can survive without the internet as long as she has something to read.

Julie Ma, one of our Financial Consultant, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Donghua University in Shanghai, China.
With 20 years of extensive experience in Accounting, Finance, and Tax, including a decade as the Finance Controller of a mid-sized company with a turnover of 0.2 billion, Julie brings a strong expertise to our team. Motivated by a desire to share her professional insights, Julie has successfully implemented SAP in two factories, showcasing her ability to drive strategic initiatives.
Her background primarily lies in the manufacturing industry, and she holds the Certified International Chinese Certified Public Accountant (CICPA) certification, contributing to her expertise in accounting, auditing, and tax in China.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Julie is an avid hiker and film enthusiast. An interesting tidbit about her is that she has a cat named XIXI, who serves as a constant companion during her reading and work sessions at home.

He has over 30 years of experience in business management, finance, administration and human resources. He has owned a successful consulting firm as well as served as the Vice President and CFO of a mortgage and real estate development company.
He specializes in strategic, financial and tax planning with an emphasis on emerging and small businesses. He is an avid traveler, with Beijing, Tokyo, Kyoto, London, Glasgow, Brussels, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Madrid, Caracas, Bogota, San Jose, Panama City, Vancouver and Calgary among the places he has enjoyed getting to know.

Hattie is a senior financial expert and she has over 20 years cross boarder big four public accounting and corporate experiences in China and US. Jing has in-depth knowledge of US GAAP, SOX Compliance, SEC reporting and she is focusing on assisting Chinese Companies complete IPO in US Capital Market and European Capital Markets and she worked for pre-IPO companies as CFO and Board Secretary. Additionally, Hattie has extensive experiences in cross-border M&A transaction support and she has assisted to complete several mid-size acquisitions in US and UK. Hattie is CFO of Inuitive, a high-tech semiconductor company engaging designing and developing the high end 3D Depth chips and modules. Prior to joining Inuitive, Hattie worked for Grindr as the Finance Head and BDO China as the Seinor Partner and she was the leading partner of Northern BDO China’s SEC/M&A practices.
Hattie has served as the Independent Director and member of the Audit Committee of China Star Food Group Limited, a Singapore listed company, from January 2017 to July 2019.
Hattie also serves as the Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair of Beijing Keer Jewlery Co,Ltd., since April 2022.
Hattie holds the Master Degree in Accounting from Boston College and Bachelor Degree in Economics from Nankai University. She is the Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a CPA of Massachusetts, US and is a senior Fellow of Institute Public Accountants (Australia) and a senior Fellow of Institute of Financial Accountants (UK).
